With over three decades of leadership experience, Raghu founded Disha Strategic Foundation in 2009 to help entrepreneurs build globally relevant, enduring businesses. He partners with founders at critical inflection points, combining growth consulting and strategic investments with a unique “skin-in-the-game” approach that ensures deep involvement and measurable outcomes. From realigning leadership strengths and building high-performing teams to executing strategies that drive exceptional growth, Raghu stays hands-on throughout the journey. Once a company’s global market fit is validated, he often leads the first round of angel funding through his investor network and continues to guide leadership hiring, strategic execution, and founder coaching.

His portfolio spans ventures with revenues from $1M to $50M, collectively valued at over $250M, across sectors such as Manufacturing, Cloud SaaS, IoT, Robotics, and BPO—all profitable, resilient, and built to outlast competition.

Raghu’s leadership journey includes two pivotal CEO roles that shaped his expertise in building global businesses. As CEO of Indium Software, he drove global expansion in software testing and QA services, delivering strong top- and bottom-line growth. Earlier, as Managing Director & CEO of Servion Global Solutions, he spent eight years leading the company in customer interaction solutions, establishing it as a trusted global player. He also held senior roles at Seiko Epson, Microland, and TVS Electronics, honing his skills in strategy, operations, and market development.

Raghu holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IT-BHU and a PGPM from IIM Bangalore. His passion lies in building businesses that combine strategic clarity, operational excellence, and sustainable growth—making entrepreneurship an exciting, long-term journey for founders.

Ravi Radhakrishnan

Ravi brings over two decades of expertise in sales engineering, growth consulting, strategic marketing, and product management, making him a key pillar in driving client success at Disha Strategic Foundation.

As Principal Consultant, Ravi partners with founders and leadership teams to debottleneck marketing, presales, and sales functions, enabling sustainable revenue growth for small and medium enterprises. His approach combines consultative selling, solution re-engineering, and strategic go-to-market execution, ensuring businesses achieve both scale and profitability.

Ravi has held several key leadership roles throughout his career. As Head of New Sales & Services at Cloudbyz, he spearheaded the launch of new service lines and revenue streams, driving business growth and innovation. Prior to that, he served as Director of Presales Excellence at Cognizant, where he led large bids and ensured delivery excellence for global clients. His experience also spans senior positions at DXC Technology, Servion Global Solutions, IBM, Oracle, Ramco Systems and GRASIM.

Ravi holds a PGDBM from IIM Kozhikode (Merit Scholar) and a B.E. (Hons.) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani. His passion lies in helping businesses scale through strategic clarity, operational efficiency, and market-driven innovation.
